Dr Matthew Carver

Dr Carver received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR in 1999. He has been practicing Chiropractic in the UK for eight years and currently runs a human practice in London Bridge: London Bridge Chiropractic.

He studied Animal chiropractic with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic in 2005-06 and was a member of the first class of the UK programme. He has been a member of the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association since graduation. The IAVC is the only Animal Chiropractic programme in the UK that allows eligibility to become a member of the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. The IAVC and its parent school, Options for Animals in the USA, are considered the “gold standard” in Animal Chiropractic education and are only open to Doctors of Chiropractic and Veterinary Medicine.

Dr Carver primarily works with small animals. In most cases this is the canine client, but treatment is definitely not limited to dogs. His training also included large animals (equine).

Note:

Dr Carver is a human chiropractor with addition training in Animal Chiropractic (small and large animal). He is not a veterinarian. All animals receiving chiropractic treatment must be under care of a traditional veterinarian and have the vet’s consent before beginning treatment.
